Service Terms

These terms apply to use of the I Fix Cars 24/7 website. Specific repair terms, estimates, authorizations, payment requirements, and warranties—if any—will be provided separately for an individual job.

Website information

Website content is general information and is not a diagnosis, estimate, repair authorization, guarantee, or promise that a particular service can be performed. Services depend on the vehicle, its condition, parts and equipment requirements, accessibility, weather, location, and whether work can be completed safely.

Requests and scheduling

Calling, texting, or preparing a message through this website does not confirm an appointment. Service is available day or night subject to Bobby’s availability. An appointment is confirmed only through direct communication with Bobby.

Quotes and mileage

Rates and availability are provided after the requested work and location are reviewed. Any applicable mileage fee is calculated at $0.50 per mile based on the travel required to reach the vehicle and will be included in the work quote before scheduling. A quote may change if the vehicle, repair, location, or other material information differs from what the customer provided.

Authorization

No repair should begin until the customer receives the applicable estimate and authorizes the work. Additional work or charges require additional customer authorization. Website messages are inquiries and are not repair authorizations unless the communication expressly documents the specific work and authorization.

Safe work location

The customer must provide lawful access and a reasonably safe, stable, and adequate work area. Service may be declined, paused, or rescheduled when the location, traffic, weather, vehicle position, people, animals, or other conditions create a safety concern.

No roadside or emergency guarantee

I Fix Cars 24/7 is not a towing service, emergency-response service, or substitute for 911. Move to a safe location when possible. For a collision, fire, medical emergency, dangerous traffic condition, or immediate threat, contact the appropriate emergency service.

Third-party services

Telephone carriers, messaging applications, maps, payment providers, parts suppliers, and other third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
